    Question

Hi! Does the plugin include the option to convert the tabs to accordions? Thanks.

Hey Guido, I’m afraid this isn’t possible with Tab Manager. Sorry I don’t have better news for you here!

  2. Cindy Ward

    Question

woocommerce-tab-manager appears to be broken in WordPress 4.7 due to directly using $wp_filter[‘save_post’] as an array: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2016/09/08/wp_hook-next-generation-actions-and-filters/

Here are the errors I’m getting every time I update a WooCommerce product, whether or not I make any changes to it:
web_1 | \nWarning: Invalid operand type was used: expecting an array in /var/www/web/app/plugins/woocommerce-tab-manager/admin/post-types/writepanels/writepanel-product_data-tabs.php on line 73
    {redacted other similar error notices}

The person with our WooCommerce support login info isn’t at work today, so I don’t have anything on the help desk yet about this. I’ll file something as soon as I can.

Hey Cindy! Thanks for the report. We have a fix already for this on our end, we should be deploying on Tuesday, but if you want to ping us via the help desk I’d be happy to send over a pre-release you can install immediately!

I am using version 1.7.3 of woocommerce-tab-manager and got the same errors with both versions 2.6.11 and 2.6.12 of WooCommerce.

  3. John

    Question

Hi, I’m currently working on a client’s site and it has version 1.7.3 installed which should fix the Default tab translation problem. But it does not. If I change the admin language and set the text for the default strings it shows on all the languages. Am I missing something?

    • Beka Rice

Hey John, happy to dig into this further — afraid v1.7.3 solves this for us so I’m not able to replicate. Do you happen to have a thread open via the help desk we can reference? thanks!

  4. Kwame Shorter

    Question

Is it possible to assign content from multiple content sources to a specific tab with this plugin? As in, can I assign content from ACF with this plugin or does that take the usual customization with functions.php?

    • Beka Rice

Hey Kwame, not too familiar with ACF, sorry! Tab Content can accept shortcodes, so if you can embed a shortcode for your content sources, this will be expanded when the tab is rendered. For example, if your shortcode itself grabs an ACF field / some other custom field for the product, this would be rendered in the tab. Am I understanding you correctly?
