Ha! This process has renewed my faith in solid developers willing to patiently work through the bugs with their customers (especially since I’m sure some of this was a pain in the butt)…I am thrilled to pieces with the service received. 🙂

I bought this [CSV Import] Suite to migrate over from Easy Digital Downloads to WooCommerce. With 4,000+ orders the task seemed daunting but slowly with the help of their wonderful support and thorough documentation/examples I manage to wrap my head around how everything had to be formatted… With everything eCommerce related, I’ve become a loyal customer of SkyVerge (I also use Jilt and a few other plugins) and the products and information they offer. The quality of their products and services is outstanding, but most of all, their support team is truly one of the best out there in helpfulness, speed and breadth of knowledge. Great job guys!
